● MAJOR RESPONSIBILITIES： Technical Interface to external supplier Product/Technical Stewardship for defined key molecules; Validation – for product(s) in scope; Launch & Transfer– for product(s) assigned; Interface to Development for the product(s) assigned; Manufacturing Excellence – for defined product(s).
● 职位要求： - 药学、制药技术、化学或同等科学学位的本科学士学位;
- 获得理学硕士或博士学位;
- 流利的英语听说读写能力;
- 5年以上制药(化工)制造业工作经验;
- 有项目管理经验;
- 有药物开发经验;
- 是团队和共识建设者，具有明确和权威的决策能力。
● REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS： - Bachelor BSc. in Pharmacy, Pharmaceutical Technology, Chemistry or equivalent scientific degree;
- MSc or PhD desirable;
- Fluent in speaking / writing in English;
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the pharmaceutical (chemical) manufacturing industry;
- Project Management experience;
- Drug Development experience;
- Team and consensus builder, with definitive and authoritative decision making ability.
