● 工作内容： - 为客户和内部团队提供技术支持
- 与现有和新客户建立、维护和加强业务关系
- 为HVAC/R服务项目、合同和部分销售准备成本估算，包括材料、劳动力和设备
- 准备和审查报价、规格和合同协议
- 了解工业HVAC/R行业的新技术，确保所有评估包括最新的施工和服务方法和程序
- 通过收集和分析信息，解决成本差异
- 完成最终成本估算，提交最终投标书或报价
- 同时报价或投标，并在截止日期前完成
- 参与项目、服务和工程团队获奖后的开幕会
- 随时为客户提供所需的支持
● Responsibilities： - Provide technical support to our customers & to our internal team
- Engaging warm leads to establish, maintain and strengthen business relationships with existing and new clients
- Prepare estimates of costs including materials, labour and equipment for HVAC/R service projects, contracts and part sales
- Prepare and review quotations, specifications and contract agreements
- Understand new technology within the Industrial HVAC/R industry to ensure that all estimates include the most up to date construction and service methods and procedures
- Resolve cost discrepancies by collecting and analyzing information
- Complete final cost estimate to produce a final tender or quote submission
- Work on simultaneous quotes or bids and meet deadlines
- Participate in kick off meeting with Project, Service and Engineering teams after award
- Always be available to provide customer support as required
● 职位要求： - 至少10年暖通空调销售或服务机械经验
- 持有有效的驾驶执照
- 优秀的计算机技能，如Word和Excel是必需的
- 法语听说读写能力强
- 英语听说读写能力优先。
● Requirements： - Minimum 10 years’ experience in HVAC Sales or as a Service Mechanic
- Hold a valid drivers’ licence
- Excellent computer skills such as Word and Excel are required
- French spoken and written is required
- English spoken and written would be an asset.
