Monitor job posts (to close or refresh) and liaise with third party posting sites where required;
- Conducting Interview scheduling, which will require liaising with both PSP staff (globally) and candidates. In some instances, booking video conference facilities will be required;
- Generating offer letters and facilitating the gathering of offer letter e-signatures;
- Deploying and monitoring pre-employment (background) checks;
- Handling ad hoc requests (to a lesser degree), which may include candidate screening (resume or phone screens), reporting, assisting with presentations/meeting agendas, contributing to ongoing Talent Acquisition projects.
