● 招聘职位：运营分析师，员工管理（Operations Analyst, Workforce Management） ● 工作内容： - Support the day-to-day execution of the territory deployment strategy for Neighbourhood Marketing;
- Work within strategic guidelines to evaluate territory for rep deployment;
- Create and upload lead lists through SalesForce CRM;
- Investigate and work towards the resolution process for various data issues;
- Ongoing business support through territory and data analysis;
- Create and distribute various reports on weekly activity and sales results;
- Work collaboratively in a team environment and build on relationships with cross-functional groups.
● 工作要求： - 良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
- 熟练使用Office办公软件，尤其擅长Excel；
- 注重细节，分析和解决问题的能力；
- 在处理敏感和机密文件时必须具备良好的判断力和判断力；
- 大学商学、应用数学/统计学、计算机科学学士学位或同等工作经验，具备同等能力(2-5年)；
- 了解SalesForce CRM；
