- Verifies vendor accounts by reconciling monthly statements and related transactions;
- Keeps track of all payments and expenditures, including purchase orders, invoices, statements, etc;
- Reconciles payable reports each month to confirm that all amounts paid were accurate;
- Maintains historical records;
- Schedules payments and ensure payments are made in a timely manner in accordance with payment terms; generally responding to all vendor inquiries;
- Charges expenses to accounts and cost centers by analyzing invoices;
- Maintains accounting ledgers by verifying and posting account transactions;
- Assists in providing deliverables to external auditors;
- Supports management in completing special projects and other tasks as assigned.
● 工作要求： - 会计、金融或相关学科的DEC或学士学位；
- 2年以上应付账款工作经验；
- 熟悉商业和会计原理，特别是支付周期；
- 熟练使用Microsoft Office办公软件，有良好的MS Excel操作经验；
- 优秀的组织能力和对细节的高度关注；
- 掌握法语和英语(书面和口语。
