- Fulfill clients' needs at first point of contact with incoming work received from sales and service partners through various channels (primarily CART)
- Works on several bank application (e.g. Sales Platform, GPAC, RBIS) to complete tasks
- Be able to coach our Service Partners when policies and guidelines such as compliance and AML, are not fully understood.
- Support the processing team as required by performing end-to-end processing tasks related to Group Advantage products and services.
● 工作要求： - 流利的英语和法语双语能力，精通两种语言；
- 有从事调查工作和处理模棱两可问题的经验；
- 能够与合作伙伴和业务客户进行电话沟通；
- 了解投资和注册产品；
- 工作时间灵活，周一至周五，上午9点至下午5点半。
