- Identifies opportunities to improve quality of service and current operations.
- Compiles information and statistics on current operations, updates files and prepares reports at the request of the supervisor.
- Conducts administrative activities of medium complexity in order to support team members (statistics, document management, simple writing, photocopying, receiving and sending documents, taking calls, etc.).
