- Provide operational oversight and guidance to the OSC team to ensure that all procedures are well understood and respected;
- Provide additional training to OSC to correct any problems found and provide initial theoretical training to new OSC staff;
- Ensure effective identification and actioning of passenger PNR records to prevent or allow boarding of certain individuals in accordance with regulatory requirements;
- Develop required processes for efficient and effective implementation of regulatory and security requirements;
- Assess and authorize immigration cases as per policies and annotate files;
- Assess and authorize requests from peace officers to carry their firearms in the cabin;
- Ensure minimal inconvenience to passengers who are impacted by these processes;
- Review and respond to customer complaints regarding regulatory processes;
- Perform and analyze quality assurance and provide feedback and guidance to OSC as required;
- Ensure processes are followed to maintain the integrity of the databases by all who have access to them.
