● 招聘职位： 持续改进专家（Continuous Improvement Specialist） ● 工作内容： - Support managers and leaders of our Finance organization to achieve the timely and successful deployment of the Achieving Excellence System;
- Support continuous improvement projects such as quality clinics, problem solving workshops, Kaizens and other initiatives while demonstrating rigor in its method such as DMAIC;
- Assist the change process;
- Provide continuous improvement training and support to our Finance business partners.
● 工作要求： - 工商管理、工程或相关专业的学士学位，有5年的工作经验以及至少3年的持续改进和项目管理(绿带)相关工作经验；
- 了解卓越成就系统或其他持续改善系统；
- 有上进心，有很强的项目和管理能力；
- 很有条理，做事一丝不苟，有出色的解决问题和分析能力。；
- 熟练使用Word、PowerPoint、Excel和Visio；
- 掌握法语及英语。
