● 招聘职位： 双语风险管理分析师（Bilingual Analyst, Risk Management） ● 工作内容： - Onboarding activities including processing and tracking enrollment forms, and GIMS account preparation to receive the BDIP feed;
- Confirm receipt and accuracy of BDIP files, and the initial import of information into GIMS;
- Troubleshoot and resolve account issues and data anomalies through communication with financial institutions and brokers;
- Education and support for Deloitte new hires;
- Key resource for partners and professional staff to help them understand how BDIP rules and policies directly impact them;
- Post enrollment support and operational maintenance for practitioners including GIMS account clean up;
- Facilitate BDIP waivers and waiver renewals;
- GIMS Audit and GIMS Support contact for assistance;
- Extracting information for reporting;
- Performing routine and special projects upon request.
● 工作要求： - 大学或社区学院毕业，最好具有金融或商业相关学位/文凭；
- 具有较强的商业头脑，分析能力强，思维能力强；
- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力；
- 对专业和优质的客户服务有坚定的承诺，有能力建立稳固的关系；
- 具备熟练的IT技能，有MS Office相关工作经验。
