● 招聘职位： 团队领导-业务分析师（TEAM LEAD – BUSINESS ANALYSTS） ● 工作内容： - Build relationship with the business to understand business requirements and evaluate quality of vendor execution of IT solutions;
- Build and maintain relationship with vendor to ensure service and standard of quality for IT solutions are met and insure issues are resolved quickly when identified. Ensure the vendors’ proposals and technology meet business needs and requirement;
- Meet on a regular basis with the vendor to follow on current activities, review service delivery and resolve any issues;
- Manage escalation process to Director if unable to resolve issues with vendor;
- Manage request from sectors for new Workflow Solutions and builds the roadmap for requests and deliveries;
- Manages flow of request coming from the business and workload of the IT Business Analysts team;
- Manage budget and cost of project and is responsible to approve cost for propose solutions;
- Manage the IT Business Analysts team by setting objectives, managing performance, identifying growth opportunities for each team member and support individuals in their development and growth within the GIT organization;
- Create a motivating and engaging work environment for the IT Business Analyst team.
● 工作要求： - 至少10年的信息技术领域工作经验；
- 是信息技术、工程或相关专业本科学历；
- 有人员和团队管理经验；
- 有与第三方服务商合作的经验。
