● 招聘职位:专家,员工培训(Specialist, Employee Training) ● 工作内容: - Facilitate inspiring training sessions through a variety of training delivery formats including instructor led; co-facilitation and virtual classrooms;
- Install training support tools to ensure training adoption and behavioural change to drive sales performance;
- Encourage and create superior communication practices with sales agents managers to ensure best in class training onboarding experience of new hires;
- Maintain reporting and contact with learners to ensure completion of all training components in the blended learning approach and life cycle of the sales agent;
- Lead deep dive and activities to identify opportunities to improve learning transfer effectiveness, sales performance and face to face coaching;
- Execute a training delivery plan that supports the business strategy and critical success factors. This includes assisting in the delivery of a comprehensive sales coaching program that serves as the blueprint for ongoing leadership growth;
- Work closely with the Sales channel operations team in linking training activities with business training, and associated follow-up;
- Execute an evaluation strategy to training content and delivery, which drives continuous improvements;
- On-going developmental training and coaching to Regional Managers and Team Leaders;
- Explore trends, innovation and applications within the training industry;
- Manage all logistics related to training activities, events and special projects.
