● 招聘职位:服务支持专员(Service Support Associate) ● 工作内容: - Ordering and reviewing employee booklets, contracts, enrollment forms, ID cards, etc. for both new and in-force business;
- Preparing amendment transmittals based on client requirements to be sent to head office and reviewing amended contract pages received for accuracy and forwarding them to clients or advisors for final approval;
- Handle routine inquiries from clients and advisors including handle enrollment/eligibility issues, drug card issues, etc.
- Act as a liaison between clients and head office departments on routine premium billing issues including terminations, employee additions, wage/salary changes, lifestyle changes, etc.
● 工作要求: - 有良好的客户服务技能;
- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力;
- 良好的解决问题的能力;
- 能够独立工作,并能在团队中工作;
- 有团体保险工作经验者优先。
