- Collaborate with the DEVOPS manager to ensure that security and data access rules are respected with all LOB’s;
- Be the main contact for our backlog management system (Service Now) and lead improvements and governance of processes and standards for all LOB’s;
- Proactively identify opportunities to enhance services and internal processes to elevate insights for all stakeholders;
- Participate in the governance of the Data Program by intimately understanding all clients’ business strategies, the strategic plan pillars they enable and provide leadership in priority setting for the team;
- Participate and propose the team service offerings, how clients can engage us to leverage these services and ensure that they are documented and published;
- Maintain the Data Management and Analytics Port Folio by keeping the team updated on the overview Port Folio as well as the Opportunities Port Folio;
- Manage the backlog of requests for their assigned LOB’s and work with them to prioritize and manage expectations as well as maintaining a positive and collaborative relationship.
● 工作要求: - 拥有大学学位、有7年以上商业工作经验;
- 对视觉分析、KPI和执行指示板有广泛的知识和理解;
- 对数据和数据质量原则和方法有较强的理解;
- 精通现代商业智能和数据管理架构;
- 有良好的沟通能力和人际交往能力;
- 能够操作熟练(Teradata, Webfocus, Power BI);
- 掌握双语(英语和法语)。
