● 招聘职位: 企业HR ● 工作内容: - Provide strategic advice to stakeholders across the Business on all aspects of Global Mobility while ensuring cost effectiveness and consistency;
- Support the Business by providing mobility cost estimates at the proposal phase of projects.
- Ensure correct interpretation of policies and procedures;
- Manage the immigration process in collaboration with the external immigration vendor;
- Meet employees to explain assignment or relocation conditions and provide additional information (insurance, emergency services, payroll, timesheet, etc.);
- Manage all facets of the mobility process including: pre-departure, mobilization, on-assignment, extension and repatriation activities (letter, certificate of coverage, banked hours, completion bonus, etc.);
- Liaise with external providers when required;
- Responsible for the management of mobility data in various systems including the generation of detailed reports.
● 工作要求: - 有人力资源管理、行业关系或相关专业学士学位;
- 至少3至5年的类似职位经验;
- 掌握在动态环境中设置优先级和管理多个截止日期;
- 双语(英语和法语);
- 较强的书面和口头沟通能力;
- 有团队精神和自主权。
