● 招聘职位：入境索赔代理（Inbound Claims Agent） ● 工作内容： - Satisfy potential and existing customer claims/complaints regarding our products and services;
- Negotiate according to our resolution guidelines satisfying both parties. Support Sales and Client Relations in order to resolve customer concerns;
- Act as a customer service resource and business partner with all related functions of the company;
- Ensure appropriate action is taken in regards to customer inquiries or issues.
● 工作要求： - 有高中文凭；
- 2到3年在呼叫中心的工作经验；
- 掌握双语并具有较强的口头和书面沟通能力；
- 熟悉微软办公软件；
- 能够以客户为中心，在快节奏的动态环境中工作；
