- Helps identify operational risks and finds ways to continuously improve activities within the unit;
- Processes more complex or specific requests. Prepares files and submits recommendations for cases beyond his or her scope;
- Respond to the needs of the clientele, act on business opportunities and steer clients towards other services or subsidiaries;
- Analyzes, validates and authorizes requests for available investment, financing or insurance products and services that fall within the authorized discretionary limit.
