● 招聘职位：商业智能分析师（Analyst, Business Intelligence） ● 工作内容： - Manage incoming analytics and reporting requests and engage stakeholders to understand the underlying business problem, base assumptions and desired outcomes;
- Advice & Manage creation of targeted marketing campaigns for all sales tactics used by the small business team (direct mail & email, telemarketing, face to face ect…);
- Qualify requirements as ad hoc or recurring performance indicators and build solution accordingly;
- Collaborate with business partners to identify opportunities to apply new BI insights to various areas of the organization;
- Present key findings to management teams and business stakeholders;
- Identify opportunities to improve delivery of BI insights to business stakeholders;
- Enforce standards around documentation and overall quality of deliverables;
- Act as steward for standards around data model, data dictionary and implementation of business rules and definitions.
● 工作要求： - 有2年以上SQL编程经验、BI、分析或相关专业工作经验；
- 有信息技术、BI、工程、商业、数学和统计学或相关领域的学士/硕士学位；
- 优秀的书面和口头沟通能力，具有良好的团队合作精神；
- 具备SAS企业指南的工作知识；
- 双语(英语和法语)；
- 有使用表格或其他报告工具的经验。
