● 招聘职位：经理助理 ( Assistant Branch Manager)

● 工作类型：全职

● 工作内容：

1. Lead service staff (CSRs) and provide guidance, direction and coaching to these roles；

2. When the Branch Manager is absent,the ABM is responsible for day-to-day running of the branch, including coaching and managing Generalist and Associate Generalist Bankers, problem resolution, coordinating daily and weekly branch meetings, operational effectiveness and sales backfill.

● 工作要求：

1. 本科学历；

2. 对金融产品有一定的了解。
