Education & Experience: DEP (Secretarial/Office Systems) Four (4) years related experience
Other Qualifying Skills And/Or Abilities: Demonstrated ability to transmit and receive information accurately. Proven ability to deal effectively and diplomatically in delicate situations. Excellent organizational skills. Ability to prioritize and meet weekly and monthly deadlines. Strong attention to detail. Must be client-focused and service-oriented with a proven ability to deal with people at all levels. Able to work autonomously and as part of a team. Ability to work in a Microsoft environment using word processing, spreadsheet, database and presentation software and e-mail; as well as Minerva, Banner (SIS and Uapply).
