● 工作内容: 本工作需要适应能力强、有责任感的人,能够在团队环境中处理各种任务。工作的内容有处理行李、执行货物运送、运行复杂的装载设备、做好客户服务代理等,确保飞机安全、准时地起飞。 1 Perform shipment tracing and World Tracer transactions. 2 Prepare records and documents using multiple Cargo systems. 3 Perform data entry in multiple Cargo systems. 4 Deal with customer complaints regarding lost, mishandled, delayed or damaged shipments. 5 Perform lost and found functions and cargo services. Determine cargo rates and routings, shipping procedures, cargo check-in and delivery.
● 工作要求: 本工作需要您具有在加拿大工作的资格,通过安全许可、并获得加拿大运输署的安全卡;能力方面要求拥有驾驶执照、具备双语能力,沟通能力强,能够熟练操作电脑、掌握微软产品相关知识,能够适应不规律的工作时间以及不同的气候。 1 Have excellent computer skills, knowledge of Microsoft products preferred. 2 Have excellent communication skills, able to work with peers and customers by building solid relationships. 3 Customer service oriented, organized and excellent at managing time. 4 Available for shift work and irregular work hours - early mornings, evenings, weekends and statutory holidays. 5 Eligible to work in Canada. 6 Possess a valid driver’s license. 7 Available to travel and attend a 2-4 week initial full time mandatory training program off site. 8 Pass security clearance and obtain the Transport Canada security card. 9 Able to lift heavy objects unaided and repetitively weighing up to 70 pounds (32 kilograms). 10 Willingness to work under various climatic conditions. 11 Capacity to work within strict timelines in order to maintain on-time departures while ensuring safety at all times. 扫描下方二维码获取更多招聘信息 招聘资讯联系小编发布
