技术移民

The Ministère will receive 5000APPLICATIONS for a selection certificate under the Regular Skilled Worker Program during the next intake period, the dates of which will be announced at a later date. Applications must be submitted using the Mon projet Québec secure space.

技术移民在即将开放的阶段会接收5000位常规技术移民申请者，日期会稍后公布，必须通过Mon projet系统提交申请

投资者移民

From May 29, 2017 to February 23, 2018, the Ministère will receive a maximum of 1900APPLICATIONS for a selection certificate under the InvestorPROGRAM, including a maximum of 1330 applications from foreign nationals from the People’s Republic of China, including the administrative regions of Hong Kong and Macao.

魁北克投资移民项目已决定于5月29日重开，直至2018年2月23日，总共名额1,900个，其中最多接受1,300名中国申请者（包括香港及澳门）。

自雇移民和企业家移民

For the period April 1, 2017 to March 31, 2018, no applications for a Certificat de sélection du Québec will be received under the Entrepreneur Program and Self-Employed Worker Program.

从2017年4月1日至2018年3月31日，暂不接收企业家和自雇移民申请。

魁省移民局同时强调：会尽可能在申请人中选择最能融入魁省社会、能熟练使用法语者。

魁省移民局香港办事处将永久关闭！

魁省移民局驻香港办事处自2017年4月1日起永久关闭，所有与移民局的联系全部转移至魁省蒙特利尔市。自2017年3月20日起，魁省移民局香港办事处将不再接受任何文件递送，所有相关的通信地址应改为：

以后所有种类的移民申请都是直接递交到蒙特利尔，面试也是都会安排在蒙特利尔。香港面试的历史使命结束了，香港办事处将会被关闭。
