OTT Capital Corp. is an exempt market dealer as well as a portfolio manager and investment fund manager. Branch Manager 分行经理

We are looking for an experienced Branch Manager to support our business growth in Montreal. The primary responsibility is to manage branch office and staff as well as meet the targets of client acquisition, service quality and sales volume. This role also involves working with the internal teams to ensure a coordinated approach to satisfy clients. 

Responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day operation to ensure that branch client acquisition, service quality and sales volume goals are fully achieved. 
  • Build up and maintain co-operative relationships with business partners in local markets. 
  • Provide personnel management, coaching, and supervision of branch staff. 
  • Prepare weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports in accordance with internal policies, and report to head office. 
  • Advise head office promptly of branch office issues. 
  • Perform other duties as assigned or requested by head office.
  • Perform all job responsibilities with a positive approach at all times.

Requirements
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent.
  • Proven success in managing people, client relationships as well as sales marketing.
  • Strong organizational skills, and able to adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Strong work ethic and excellent communication skills.
  • Strong ability to resolve issues in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Knowledge of foreign exchange dealing and money transferring services preferred.
  • Completion of CSC or EMP courses preferred.
  • English and Mandarin or Cantonese are required. French proficiency is preferred.

Account Manager 客户经理

Responsibilities
  • Develop clients through networking, seminars, and referrals.

Qualifications and Requirements

Customer Service Representative 客服代表

As a Customer Service Representative (CSR), you will be acting as a liaison between OTT and its customers. You will provide customers with Forex and related product/services information and address customers’ needs with accuracy and efficiency. The target is to ensure excellent service standards and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities
  • Create a customer-oriented culture where customers are respected including welcoming customers with greetings and providing walk-in customers with tea/coffee/water
  • Manage inbound/outbound calls in a timely, friendly and effective manner
  • Provide quality services to clients over the phone, through the Internet and/or face to face
  • Perform customer verification in accordance with requirements and policies
  • Identify and assess customers’ needs to reach solutions and achieve satisfaction
  • Keep records of communication with customers and records of transactions
  • Communicate and coordinate with internal departments when necessary
  • Build sustainable relationships with customers through trust and communication
  • Attend training sessions to improve knowledge and performance, such as the regulations and guidelines issued by FINTRAC as well as OTT’s internal policies
  • Ensure accuracy and effectiveness in using OTT’s business processing systems
  • Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets
  • Maintain a cleaning work environment
  • Achieve a score no less than 90% in each of the ongoing training assessments.

Requirements
  • Strong phone contact handling skills and active listening.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
  • Customer orientation and ability to adapt/respond to different types of circumstances.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Language proficiency in French, English, and Mandarin or Cantonese is required.

We are looking for experienced Business Development Representatives to support our business growth in Toronto. In this role, you will acquire new merchant service relationships through prospecting, direct face-to-face, phone channel, digital/social media, strategizing, industry associations, franchises, vendors/suppliers, and any other category desirable.

Requirements
  • 2 years of prior Business Development experience in B2B Merchant Services, Payment Processing, Merchant Processing, Outside Sales, Bankcard, Financial Services, or POS
  • Build relationships easily with people from all backgrounds
  • Ability to listen to clients, understand their needs and determine how we can help them achieve their goals
  • Strong direct face to face and ability to self-source leads
  • Career oriented individuals focused on building a reputation for success and integrity in the merchant services/payment processing industry for the long-run
  • You are resourceful and technologically savvy; comfortable with tablet and cloud-based solutions and able to apply technology to help grow small businesses
  • Qualify and present solutions to clients based on consultative approach
  • Propose available packages and/or services tailored to the customers’ needs
