1.负责公司独立站渠道运营&活动计划,统筹规划线上推广工作,实现增长目标; 2.制定产品不同阶段的运营目标,负责整合内、外部资源,提升用户活跃度和转化率; 3.根据不同的渠道、用户群,策划针对性的活动,并跟踪效果; 4.紧跟市场动态,策划热点话题,增加用户粘性; 5.对推广效果负责,实现新增量、注册量、活跃度目标,通过对运营数据、用户行为数据等进行分析和挖掘,持续优化APP转化效果; 6.参与制定市场分析,提高产品的运营效果; 7. 完成上级安排的其他工作
任职要求:

1. Responsible for the Independent Website ChannelOperations and Event Planning, overall planning of online promotion work, andachieving growth goals; 2.
