The tellers position's primary responsibilities include:
-Providing excellent Customer Service by handling customer’s transaction in a friendly and helpful manner as well as effectively explaining our products, services, and fees;
-Effectuates store transactions carefully
-Responding promptly to customers via calls, messages, and emails and maintain the storefront;
-Participating in bi-weekly teller meetings and staying in close contact and sharing information with the team to effectively service clients and ensure excellent customer service;
-Filling out customer KYC, AML and other compliance information required for transactions.
Character, skills, and personality traits required:
The right candidate will be trustworthy, reliable, and responsive. They will have excellent communication skills and be a fast learner who enjoys interacting with customers and provide a top of the line service. An interest in technology and the use of new mediums of exchanges such as Bitcoin is a plus.
Additional skills:
- Proficiency with document editing and Photoshop.
