● 职位要求： - 大专以上学历或相关领域同等学历，四年以上相关工作经验；
- 客户服务经验；
- 有持续改进方面的专业知识是一种优势；
- 熟悉微软办公软件；
- 掌握口头书面英语和法语。
● Requirements： - Three-year college diploma or academic equivalent in a related field and four years of relevant experience;
- Customer service experience;
- Expertise in continuous improvement, an asset;
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite;
- Bilingualism, both spoken and written (English and French).
