● Responsibilities： - Leading a team of customer support agents
- Ensure onboarding and continual development occurs to expand expertise over time
- Identify opportunities for improving product experience through strong engagement with Product Teams and Users
- Identify needs for Support tool development
- Communicate system issues to business Product Managers and appropriate development teams and coordinate around severity
- Scope/Impact identification for system issues
- Messaging & Follow-up to users, Product Teams and Support Team
● 职位要求： - 信息技术、农学、精密农业或相关专业学士学位优先；
- 5年以上客户服务经验，对precision ag有详细的了解，有领导能力；
- 较强的口头和书面沟通能力；
- 流利英语和法语。
● Requirements： - Bachelor’s degree in information technology, agronomy, precision ag or like degree program is preferred.
- Minimum 5 years client services experience, detailed knowledge of precision ag, proven leadership capabilities
- Strong oral & written communication skills with an ability to transfer knowledge both verbally and written
- Fluent in both English and French
