● 招聘职位：市场推广协调员(合约兼职) ● 职位性质：Part Time ● 职位薪酬：$20,000+ ● 工作内容： - 管理和监督市场计划；
- 根据日程协调商家/商店事项；
- 协助赞助和合作项目的执行，以减少活动成本；
- 协助客人名单的制定；
- 监督活动的管理，包括预算等；
- 协助电视和摄影工作；
- 遵守所有的健康和安全政策；
- 完成分配的其他任务。
● Responsibilities： - Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of Marketing programs or processes
- Coordinate merchant/store events as per the calendar of events
- Support with the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs to reduce the store event costs where applicable.
- Support in the development of guests lists.
- Oversee administration for events, including managing budgets, expenses, critical paths/schedules.
- Facilitate all television and photography shoots, ensuring the most appropriate positioning for Holt Renfrew.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Perform other duties, as assigned
● 职位要求： - 大专以上学历，相关专业或有同等工作经验；
- 大学毕业后有1-2年的工作经验；

● Requirements： - Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of post-university work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fully bilingual in French and in English.
