● 招聘职位:市场推广协调员(合约兼职) ● 职位性质:Part Time ● 职位薪酬:$20,000+ ● 工作内容: - 管理和监督市场计划;
- 根据日程协调商家/商店事项;
- 协助赞助和合作项目的执行,以减少活动成本;
- 协助客人名单的制定;
- 监督活动的管理,包括预算等;
- 协助电视和摄影工作;
- 遵守所有的健康和安全政策;

● Responsibilities: - Administer and oversee the ongoing maintenance of Marketing programs or processes
- Coordinate merchant/store events as per the calendar of events
- Support with the execution of sponsorship and partnership programs to reduce the store event costs where applicable.
- Support in the development of guests lists.
- Oversee administration for events, including managing budgets, expenses, critical paths/schedules.
- Facilitate all television and photography shoots, ensuring the most appropriate positioning for Holt Renfrew.
- Comply with all Health & Safety policies and requirements
- Perform other duties, as assigned
● 职位要求: - 大专以上学历,相关专业或有同等工作经验;

● Requirements: - Post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 1-2 years of post-university work experience
- Excellent interpersonal skills; a team player who is able to act as both a leader and an individual contributor as required
- Highly service-oriented with exceptional organizational and follow up skills
- Passionate about fashion and luxury retailing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Fully bilingual in French and in English.
