Create, prioritize, assign and regularly follow up on tasks and the advancement of the team’s work with regards to deliverables;
Organize and lead team meetings;
Ensure quality of service coming from the Command Center;
Draft regular reports for Operations Manager about the advancement of the team’s work and recommend corrective measures whenever necessary to meet strategic objectives;
Be a mentor for team members;
Lead performance assessments in collaboration with the Operations Manager;
Help recruit new team members;
Manage employee schedule;
Identify recruitment needs and participate in the recruitment process;
Carry out all other related tasks.

计算机科学或计算机工程学士学位或同等学历
2-4年本单位工作经验或其他相关工作经验；
英语和法语的口头和书面理解能力
较强的MS-Excel技能；
良好的人际沟通能力；
熟悉微软办公套件。
● Requirements：
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or computer engineering or equivalent.
2-4 years’ experience on his/her working unit or other relevant experience;
Oral and Written Comprehension of English and French
