- 负责制定、管理和管理指定区域的年度预算。

● Main Responsibilities： - As Regional Manager, you will be directly responsible for providing Production Control oversight to a complete region.
- Accountable for developing, managing and administrating annual budget for designated regions.
- Oversee and develop station and Regional business plans for Work Accomplishment
- Drive changes to achieve new business tactics and strategies in order to minimize the cost and optimize the station performance.
- Provide direction to Maintenance through meetings with production, materials, and other departments to ensure they are briefed on check contents and expectations
- Adjust Teams focus to ensure readiness for schedule/seasonal changes that will require manpower tooling adjustments across the region.
- Proactively review upcoming Line Maintenance schedule changes that will require Operational Planning’s awareness to change planned work in advance (training, vacations, etc) to avoid any operational gaps.

● Main Requirements： - 5-10 years of experience in a similar position with planning
- In-depth knowledge of the Principles of Planning, including a strong knowledge of Estimating, Production Planning, and Project Management.
- Familiar with MS Office Suite and automated planning systems (Trax).
- Strong written and oral interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong team player with the ability to focus on customer requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Able to work with minimum supervision.
- Strong presentation skills
- Based on equal qualifications, preference will be given to bilingual candidates.
