- Strong presentation, facilitation, interpersonal and motivational skills
- Innovative problem solving abilities and a creative thinker with sound judgment
- Strong knowledge of financial services industry products, services, procedures and policies ideally in mutual funds,
- Ability to analyze situations, diagnosis problems, develop and implement creative solutions
- Post secondary education and 2-5 years in a supervisory or leadership role
- Proficiency in both English and French is mandatory
- Successful completion of CSC/IFIC, is an asset
