- Prioritize and assign work items in workflow tool based on set criteria;
- Retrieving, downloading and distributing of daily reports;
- Filing, photocopying and preparation of documents for off-site storage;
- Sort and distribute incoming hard copy mail or faxes and scan paper mail as requested ;
- Support additional functions critical to operations such as managing small projects, perform manual member transactions, or any other task as requested;
- Support team on various 'clean up' projects or initiatives that foster an organized and healthy work environment;
- Continually strive for process improvement by recommending and implementing change in current practices and procedures;
- Perform self-checks to ensure quality work;
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and contributes to increases in efficiencies.
