● 招聘职位：客户支援官（Customer Support Officer ） ● 工作内容： - Assist with providing administrative and processing support;
- Ensure customer service is consistent with Scotia Service Standards, Complaint Resolution Standards and Procedures;
- Processing, checking, authorizing transactions within approved limits and in compliance with KYC rules;
- Ensure operations processing is achieved with efficiency and accuracy within SLAs of the Processing department;
- Assist with implementing changes to operating procedures and systems;
- Deal with more complex client transactions as well as customers' operational issues and concerns.
● 工作要求： - 有高中学历；
- 掌握法语和英语；
- 对与商业和企业客户相关的加工、流程和产品(认证支票、停止付款、GICs、杂物邮寄、托收、研究等)有深入而实用的知识；
- 良好的客户服务能力；
- 有计算机应用的知识和设施。
