● 招聘职位: 工资单管理员(Payroll Administrator) ● 工作内容: - Compute bi-weekly Share of Profit and ensure proper approval;
- Compute any bonuses to be paid out as per schedule;
- Together with the Payroll Specialist, prepare the bi-weekly payroll;
- Ability to work with sensitive information;
- Address team members with any payroll and benefits inquiries;
- Collaborate with Talent to ensure information properly transmitted accurately and up to date;
- Help with onboarding new employees, including ensuring required documents are properly completed and signed;
- Creation of ad hoc payroll reports;
- Prepare monthly journal entries;
- With the assistance of the Payroll Specialist, develop best practices for processes for both payroll and benefits;
- Help with year-end reporting and filling.
● 工作要求: - 有2年以上工资单工作经验;
- 掌握良好的会计知识;
- 熟练使用微软Excel;
- 中英文双语(spokend and writing);
- 有很强的组织能力;
- 能够在众多紧迫任务中进行优先排序并完成。
