● 招聘职位:移动客户服务协调员(Coordinator, Customer Services) ● 工作内容: - Establish installation schedule for technicians / installers;
- Follow-up daily with customer / agency in regards to the work schedule;
- Planning upcoming work touching special request / projects;
- Work closely with customer Service;
- Provide support to technicians as required;
- Assist and correct technical reports (technician / installation team);
- Follow-up on the QPP inventory in Parthenais;
- Transmission of technical bulletin to the technical team received from the customer (Ex: CSPQ);
- Follow-up with the technical team so all reports are given on time to minimize customer penalty.
● 工作要求: - 有10年电信工作经验;
- 有良好的无线电通信知识;
- 良好的计算机能力,特别是微软办公软件;
- 有优秀的分析和解决问题的能力;
- 掌握双语(法语-英语)。
