● 招聘职位: 行政总监(Administrative Officer) ● 工作内容: Under direction of the Manager, responsible for the efficient functioning of the Faculty’s administrative Hub, and provide high-level administrative support to two heads of unit. Manage the operations of these units as well as the delivery of administrative services to their staff members. Act as knowledgeable adviser in matters of faculty and university regulations and procedures. Supervise support staff. Participate in selection, interviewing and hiring of administrative support staff in the Hub. ● 工作要求: - 拥有本科学位、三年相关工作经验;
- 有管理行政事务的工作经验;
- 能够主动、创造性地思考,并能独立完成项目,并有最少的指导;
- 了解大学的一般行政政策、学术流程以及各工会组织的一般工作条件;
- 熟练使用计算机工具,如MS Office, pdf编辑器、基本数据库(Access, My SQL)等;
- 掌握英法双语。
