● 招聘职位:客户服务代表(Client Service Representative) ● 工作内容: - Receiving and responding to in-coming mortgage contacts from clients, Mortgage Planning Specialists, and Consultants;
- Handling all inquires with a high standard of quality and professionalism, determining the best course of action and ensuring completion of action has met established standards;
- Maintaining knowledge and awareness of all corporate mortgages polices and procedures;
- Assisting team members by providing and sharing information based on experience, precedents, recent mortgage trends and policy changes;
- Regularly communicating with Mortgage Administration area to ensure client inquires and concerns are resolved in a timely manner;
- Participating in special projects, assignments and the objectives of the Contact Centre.
● 工作要求: - 有至少2年在金融服务环境下的客户服务或呼叫中心工作经验;
- 具有较强的组织能力、分析能力和解决问题的能力;
- 较强的口头和书面沟通能力;
- 掌握企业抵押贷款系统的实际工作知识,如MLS;
- 熟练使用电脑应用: Word, Excel;
- 用法语交流。
