● 招聘职位： 业务发展经理（Business Development Manager – Real Estate Market） ● 工作内容： - Support the Business centre Manager by helping develop business strategies aligned with Desjardins Group strategic priorities and business centre needs;
- Develop, implement and monitor their sector's action plan so as to ensure alignment with the desired results and Desjardins Group's strategic orientations. Ensure the action plan is integrated with those of other sectors for performance management purposes;
- Implement management and communication practices that are conducive to talent acquisition and management, team synergy and change management and reflect Desjardins values. Lead, coach and motivate their team to facilitate skill development, buy-in and accountability;
- Oversee the implementation and development of their sector's service offering in line with Desjardins Group recommendations.
- Develop and maintain business relationships with a variety of partners including the business centre's network of participating caisses, associated Desjardins Group units and their own network of contacts;
- Ensure high quality service delivery that meets member and client expectations and ensures their satisfaction in line with Desjardins Group standards for quality. Closely monitor the associated measurement indicators;
- Strive to maximize business development in their sector. Closely monitor financing product and service sales performance and referrals according to established measurement indicators;
- Take charge of efficiency, continuous improvement and recovery of benefits. Implement new deliverables and work processes for their sector.
● 工作要求： - 拥有工商管理或相关专业学士学位；
- 有8年为企业提供财务咨询的工作经验，包括3年的企业销售金融产品和服务经验；
- 了解最新的金融、经济、政策和立法发展方向；
- 能够对市场和商业中心外部环境进行分析；
- 了解主要房地产、租赁和住宅市场的特点和信用风险；
- 了解Desjardins业务流程；
- 了解人力资源管理项目。
