● 招聘职位: 客户账户管理经理(Manager, Client Account Management) ● 工作内容: - People Leadership-You will create and foster a motivating work environment by seeking out opportunities to reward and recognize performance, effectively executing on disciplinary issues, ensuring free exchange of information and supporting training needs through transfer of knowledge. You will determine appropriate course of action on escalated employee issues and make all progressive discipline decisions in accordance with performance measurements, company policies and procedures and within legal parameters;
- Client-Focused- You will develop and implement strategies to enhance productivity and achieve improved customer satisfaction results. You will monitor and enforce all operational standards: customer service standards, performance standards, company/departmental policies and procedures and business partnership agreements;
- Influential- You will establish and maintain effective communication networks with key stakeholders, business partners, peers and direct reports. You will conduct presentations to communicate team achievements, topical issues, implement change initiatives, and other critical information.
