● 招聘职位： 供应商及客户代表（Vendor and Customer representative） ● 工作内容： - Responsible to ensure that the procedures and guidelines are respected with regards to vendor and customer master;
- Process and manage user request, verify customer and supplier data for accuracy and completeness, maintain all cross-reference tables, including activating the new entry in SAP and Lawson;
- Identify potential changes in the vendor and customer procedures/guidelines and communicate any changes to users;
- Provide training and support to end users for the customer and master data tool;
- Ensure that all customer service expectations are fulfilled, and work closely with the MFS Managers and the vendor and customer requests;
- Cover the Customer Support desk when deemed necessary by the AP Manager.
● 工作要求： - 拥有3-5年的实际客户和供应商工作经验；
- 拥有大学文凭或同等学历；
- 有数据录入的相关经验；
- 了解SAP和Lawson；
- 有较强的书面和口头沟通能力；
- 熟练使用微软办公软件；
- 具备良好的分析能力；
- 有在共享服务环境中的工作经验。
