● 招聘职位: 变革管理顾问(Consultant, Change Management) ● 工作内容: - Managing client and key stakeholders expectations to help build and sustain long-term relationships with clients;
- Executing client service delivery on complex engagements;
- Facilitating client meetings and workshops to support change management efforts;
- Supporting business development efforts with existing and potential clients;
- Supporting program management activities in maintaining service excellence to clients;
- Counselling client representatives leveraging professional experiences and leading practices in the space of strategic change;
- Participation in practice development activities including thought leadership, business development, employee engagement and recruiting.
● 工作要求: - 本科以上学历(商业、组织行为学、心理学专业等);
- 2 - 4年的工作经验,其中大部分涉及到支持大规模的复杂的变革项目;
- 掌握法语和英语两种语言;
- 具有管理多个优先级和按时交付承诺的能力;
- 能够预测所有决策的长期影响,并对问题的解决采取广泛的方法;
- 良好的口头和书面沟通能力。
