● 招聘职位： 培训师 (Specialist , Employee Training） ● 工作类型： 全职 ● 工作内容： 1. Plan and organize facilitated learning for designated region, as well as SSC；
2. Facilitate training to a variety of client groups；
3. Responsible for collaborating with the Manager of Training and Development on end-to-end creation, development, communication and execution of the Training Strategy；
4. Attend meetings with peers, partners, vendors etc, to represent Training, as required；
5. Make suggestions for improvements enhancements to existing training and or addition of new programs and content；
6. Review course material and job aids on a regular basis and update as required to keep content fresh and current Knowledgeable about the training industry and trends. ● 工作要求： 1. 大学学历，2年相关培训的工作经验；
2. 优秀的口头和书面沟通能力；
3. 英语法语流利。
