- Strong computer skills.  Proficient in microsoft office suite, mastery in excel.  Strong navigation on the internet.  

- Fluent in English, French is a plus

- Increasing brand loyalty by providing effective solutions to resolve service issues.

- Send samples, catalogs and brand presentations to customers

- Follow up on all emails (customer related)

- Prepare inventory reports of past and present to have accurate count to help generate more

  sales

- Be in contact with all salesmen to keep them informed with the best selling styles and also the  

  cancelled

- Follow up with customers  for repeats and special needs

- Detail oriented, organized, a strong team player and flexible and able to multi task under pressure
