负责对研发总监汇报工作，行政助理负责做慈善项目的行政工作 由于工作的性质，助理需要做的工作有：调查和分析数据，参与筹资的任务，了解捐赠者的相关信息，处理一些特殊活动和，加强与外部的沟通
Development Assists in the analysis of the contributions of targeted major donors in order to be able to define a personalized solicitation and retention plan for each of them. Conducts preliminary research, analyzes data and produces quality reports and presentations on current or future individual donors, companies and foundations. Writes, edits and formats a variety of correspondence, presentations and materials required for the solicitation efforts of the Directors of Development. Participates in the coordination of signature events organized by the Directors of Development. Attends donor engagement activities such as guided tours with doctors / researchers and donor receptions. Participates, when required, in various fundraising activities of the Foundation.
Administrative Produces for qualitative data reports of potential and current donors and maintains records each. Organizes and maintains the agendas of development directors. Provides administrative support to postal, email, telephone and other solicitations. Organizes and convenes meetings and ensures the preparation of minutes. Complete expense reports. Liaises with Foundation staff. According to an established schedule, the assistant will provide reception coverage and take donations received by telephone.
