The Phone Channel in Montreal is comprised of different lines of business with both Inbound and Outbound financial service calls. Your responsibility will be to provide prompt, courteous and efficient service that exceeds customer expectations; contribute to effective cost and risk control through productivity and adherence to corporate processes and controls; and achieve departmental sales targets through recommendation of appropriate products and services which meet our ever-changing customer needs. You will be able to recognize and successfully leverage opportunities to further expand our clients' business through cross-selling/value-add opportunities.
● 工作要求： 1.Open new personal and non-personal accounts, and provide access to telephone banking and online banking services 2.Promote the sale of deposit, investment, credit or loan products and services 3.Assist clients by proposing solutions to address financial objectives such as business expansion, debt management, investment and other financial goals 4.Complete credit and loan documentation 5.Work in a statistically driven environment, measured by call quality and call productivity goals 6.Ability to quickly adapt to change 7.Ability to multi-task & demonstrate effective problem solving attributes 8.Excellent written and verbal communication in English 9.Strong PC Skills 10.Completion of secondary school or general banking experience is recommended 11. English and French (read, write and speak)
