BDI Equipments is devoted in research, design and manufacture of various industrial equipment such as mini excavator, skid steer loader, tractor, mini dumper, jaw crusher, cone crusher and more.Our equipment is widely used for various industrial and construction situations: ore crushing, mining, quarry, urban road paving, park maintenance, house reconstruction, etc.
BDI Equipments head quartered in Toronto, ON, with regional offices and warehouses in Mississauga, Richmond Hill, as well as Delta, BC and Los Angeles, CA.
We are now looking for a full-time Inside Sales Representative.

Your Responsibilities:
• Promptly respond to telephone, email and online chat inquiries from customers.
• Generate sales quotes and sales orders in Odoo and proceed the deposit from customers.
• Prepare and submit bid to meet the customers’ budget and obtain the potential purchase order from the customers.
• Identify gaps and perform detailed needs assessment in coordination with purchase department to develop an end-to-end plan for Sales Forecast.
• Prepare RFP and work with the equipment procurement and logistics team for stock order and back-order.
• Establish and negotiate pricing and product availability with the vendors.
• Travel in the field to visit the customers if necessary.
• Determine appropriate delivery method based on customer needs, cost effective delivery and product margin.
• Attend the trade shows annually and initially interact with potential customers and vendors.
Requirements:
• Mechanical education and career background preferred
• College Diploma in mechanics or business
• Sales experience in car or machine dealership is an asset
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Proficient in MS Office (Odoo preferred)
• Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to manage and prioritize tasks
