Ren Robot is a high-tech start up company focusing on robot applications, providing technical support and service in major cities across Canada. Our goal is to relieve restaurant staff from physical labor and improve customer experience as well as operational efficiency. RESPONSIBILITY: - Manage and service existing accounts, obtain orders, and establish new accounts;
- Build rapport and maintain professional relationships with clients;
- Adjust content of sales presentations by studying the type of sales outlet or trade factor;
- Monitor competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and merchandising techniques;
- Resolve customer complaints by investigating problems, developing solutions, preparing reports, and make recommendations to management;
- Support robot deployment;
- Reach and exceed set targets. QUALIFICATION: - Sales experience in industries of POS System, Supermarket, Mall or Delivery Services is preferred;
- Experience in outside-facing sales or B2B sales;
- Strong interpersonal, communication, problem-solving and presentation skills;
- A valid Canadian driver’s license and a reliable vehicle is required;
- Fluent in both English and Mandarin/Cantonese;
- Willing to travel and take initiatives. Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: Base salary (42,000 ~ 60,000 CAD) plus commission.
