超值四个半650刀/月（包暖）
Le Ber Park公园附近超值四个半公寓转租(生男孩圣地[偷笑])，2021.4.1入住，可适当提前，租金650/月包暖气，室内车库60/月(也可不要)。最好是想拎包入住的，家里电器家具可低价转让。周围交通十分便利，到LaSalle和Charlevoix地铁站都是一公里，门口有公交车，开车到Atwater和康大麦大都是十五分钟之内车程，五分钟上15号高速去南岸。附近有Maxi，Canadian Tire，Costco大桥店，图书馆，免费的公共游泳池和滑冰场。家门口有两所小学，CPE公立幼儿园。最方便的是Le Ber Park有小孩子的游乐设施，夏天可以玩水，冬天有个大雪坡可以滑雪。有足球，橄榄球，棒球，篮球，网球，冰球场地供成人使用。可➕微信heloise666
