●  工作内容：

• 直接与客户沟通，获取所有必要的和相关的信息，并达成共同的债务偿还协议；
• 利用强大的专业沟通技巧，确保优质的客户服务和有效的收款技巧之间的平衡；
• 在保持专业和风度的同时，调整工作量和处理大量的电话。
  

●  Responsibilities：

• Communicate with customers directly to obtain all necessary and relevant information and reach a mutual agreement for payment of their debt.
• Leverage your strong and professional communication skills to ensure a balance between quality customer care and effective collections techniques.   
• Prioritize your workload and handle high volume of calls while maintaining a professional and personable approach.
  
  

●  职位要求：

• 熟练掌握法语和英语；
• 具有较强的计算机应用技能，并结合准确的键盘操作技能；
• 积极倾听客户意见，并承诺为客户提供优质的服务，具备解决问题的能力；
• 出色的人际关系、沟通和电话技巧；
• 能够在工作日早8点至晚9点、周六早8点至下午4点之间轮班工作7.5小时。
  

●  Requirements：

• Fluently bilingual in French and English
• Strong background with the use of windows-based computer applications combined with accurate keyboarding skills.
• Demonstrated ability to problem-solve through active listening combined with a commitment to delivering a superior client experience.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication and telephone skills.
• Ability to work 7.5 hour shifts Monday through Friday between 8 AM – 9 PM and Saturdays 8 AM – 4 PM.
