● 主要工作内容：
基准和分析客户旅程和客户体验的最佳做法；
定期与多个利益相关者沟通关于客户旅程改进的见解、建议和要求；
帮助构建清晰且可跟踪的用例，证明新体验或特性的合理性，从而提高NCSA电子商务客户满意度；
与观众合作，提供最相关的个性化体验；
管理测试框架来构建和共享客户见解。
● Main Responsibilities：
Benchmark and analyse customer journey and customer experience best practices across the video game industry and beyond
Communicate insights, recommendations and requirements on customer journeys improvements on a regular basis and to multiple stakeholders
Help build clear and trackable uses cases justifying new experiences or features that will improve NCSA E-commerce customers satisfaction
Work with audience specialist to deliver the most relevant personalized experiences
Manage a test framework to build and share customer insights
● 主要工作要求：
4年以上相关专业经验，包括客户维系，客户旅程，忠诚度或相关职能；
优秀的沟通技巧，包括给出明确的直接反馈，设定明确的期望，与人沟通的能力；
优秀的项目管理和协调能力；
有游戏产业和个人电脑游戏的知识将被优先考虑。
● Main Requirements：
4+ years of relevant professional experience in developing retention, customer journey, loyalty or related function
Excellent communication skills including ability to give clear direct feedback, set clear expectations and connect with people on a personal level
Excellent project management and coordination skills
Knowledge of the gaming industry and of the PC gaming will be prioritized
